breakfast: cup of echinacea tea(i'm able to drink it without cream and sugar now)  bacon and scrambled eggs
dinner: chuck roast with vegetables
snacked on hazelnuts and cashews

breakfast: chicken and 3 eggs
lunch: chicken, cucumber and a spoonful of almond butter
dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, turkey, broccoli and a few raspberries
