Friday I'm getting a cold I think...

breakfast: large naval orange, 2 scrambled eggs, echinacea tea with no sugar!
lunch: small steak, spinach and cucumber salad with low carb italian dressing
snack: raw walnuts, coke zero during class- it has aspartame so gonna try and avoid that in the future
dinner: rotisserie chicken, cucumber slices, black olives, echinacea tea
i feel like i'm gettin sick and am craving chicken noodle soup. any suggestions?
