breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of turkey breast, a spoonful of almond butter, and an apple
lunch: cucumber slices, 2 chicken legs, and a handful of raspberries
dinner: pork chop, apple sauce, and spinach salad with italian dressing and pine nuts.
"dessert": 2 strawberries, some cashews and some hazelnuts
