Challenge Update

Can't wait to see my after pics on Saturday! I have lost 20lbs since August and 15 officially as part of the challenge! I have a long ways to go, my goal is 80 more lbs unless I get to a point where I look really good and don't need to lose more.
yesterday's strength workout was push press 5-5-5-3-3-3
my last set was at 40.6kg! that is 89.5 lbs!

Good job, I haven't seen you much at the fort, we must work out at different times. Congrats on the weight loss, I'm down 33 since June and 23 since the challenge started so it's definitely been a real healthy thing for me. Had to get my pics last night as I had to work this morning. Actually nervous to see my pics, afraid that what I see in the mirror won't translate to the camera. :) said...

I am nervous too, I've gotten some comments that I look like I've lost weight but it's hard for me to notice the difference myself. Right back at ya with the congrats, that's really great! keep up the good work!
