breakfast: an apple and lots of water
lunch: slices of steak or steak strips idk what they are called
dinner:more steak, steamed broccoli, a glass of fruit/vegetable juice
I've been short on options as food runs out so grocery shopping tomorrow. I think my cold is almost gone. I'm not loving any of the pictures I see from working out but that's just part of the journey. I am starting to see a tiny bit of difference in the mirror though. : )
